Every once in a while someone changes the way we see the world. At Temple Judea, members come together for Torah study, to learn Hebrew, prepare for a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, study Jewish art, debate current events, and dive into Talmud and Kabbalah. Whether it's guitars and drums with our song leader, crazy rabbis who dress in costume to tell stories or the art projects and playground that make the oneg extra special - don't miss Tot Shabbat the first Friday (6:15pm West Campus) and third Saturday (9:30am Tarzana Campus) of every month.
Shabbat -- A little taste of Heaven on Earth, the Talmud tells us. Our Friday night services are a special treat. They're friendly, fun and have something for everyone: music, stories and worship that mix the contemporary with the traditional to make everyone feel welcome and connected.

We lead busy lives and so do our kids. So if you can't come to us, we'll come to you. Our Kesher program brings our exceptional Hebrew Tutors right to your home for one-on-one Hebrew studies, coupled with a once a week classroom experience. The Nisayon camp-like Hebrew School program moves studies to the summer and winter breaks for even more flexibility.
Being a teenager is pretty fun already but TJ Youth Groups make it even better. With youth groups from first grade all the way through High School there is always something to do with other Jewish kids at Temple Judea. Movie Nights, Overnights, Scavenger Hunts, Retreats, Ski Trips and just hanging out in our youth lounge. Watching your children have fun at TJ will make you wish you were a kid again.
