A heartwarming and thought-provoking film about a Catholic boy who befriends a terminally ill Jewish boy and tries to convert him, believing it is the only way he will get to Heaven. Join Rabbi Dan and a Father Paul Keller for the screening and a post film dialogue about heaven and hell in the view of both faith traditions.
About Father Paul Keller:
Father Keller has done parish work in Texas, Minnesota, Chicago, and California. Over the years Father Keller has also been very involved in jail ministry and work with at-risk inner-city youth. Just prior to beginning doctoral studies, he was Director of Campus Ministry at Bishop Alemany High School in the San Fernando Valley. He hopes to work in East Africa once my studies are finished.
