Many women in the Temple Judea community have suffered from breast cancer, been treated and have or have not been in support groups or counseling. This night is something different. Join Rabbi Karen Bender and Temple Judea Executive Director Ellen Franklin, a breast cancer survivor, as we bring together Temple Judea women who have had or are currently addressing breast cancer. This will be an evening of reflection and healing as we look at breast cancer from a uniquely Jewish perspective with others in our community who have had a shared experience.
